This Addendum contains standard legal provisions that apply to your use of Efandex, in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It's incorporated into both by reference — accepting the Terms of Service means you accept this Addendum too. We've kept it as a separate document so the core Terms and Privacy Policy stay short and readable, while this covers the standard legal mechanics.

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this Addendum, and — where applicable — the Host Agreement or Guest Agreement, together make up the entire agreement between you and Efandex regarding your use of the platform, and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on that subject.

If any provision of these documents is found unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the agreement remains in full effect.

If Efandex doesn't enforce a provision of these documents on a particular occasion, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

You may not transfer or assign your account or your rights under these documents to anyone else without our consent. Efandex may assign its rights and obligations under these documents — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — without needing your consent, subject to the notice requirements described in our Privacy Policy for business transfers.

Efandex may provide notices to you through the app, by email to the address on your account, or by posting on our website. Notices to Efandex should be sent to the contact information provided in the app and on our website, addressed to Daily Stride LLC.

If you believe content on Efandex infringes your copyright, you can send a notice to our designated contact (available in the app and on our website) that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury. We will respond in accordance with applicable copyright law, which may include removing the content and notifying the user who posted it.

If you send Efandex suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the app, you agree that we can use it freely, without any obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential.

Efandex may link to or integrate with third-party services (like Stripe for payments, or mapping services for location). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You may not use Efandex if you're located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions, or if you're on any government restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in your use of the platform.

Efandex is committed to making the app and website usable by people with disabilities and works toward conforming to recognized accessibility standards (such as WCAG). If you encounter an accessibility barrier, you can report it through the contact information in the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efandex disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we've collected, used, and shared about you, and why.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must keep for tax or dispute purposes).
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — Efandex does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

You can submit a request through the contact information in the app or on our website. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

If you're located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Efandex (or, where applicable, Daily Stride LLC as data controller) processes your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing a Booking), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform improvement), legal obligation (tax reporting), and consent (marketing communications).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. If your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

These documents are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version controls in the event of a conflict.
